Tamsin is one of the Heads of Markets, Partners, Places - North at Homes England, where she has responsibility for strategic projects, building pipelines and key relationships in West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and the North East. She’s been leading work nationally on Homes England’s approach to place-based partnerships and led on the recently established Strategic Place Partnership with West Yorkshire. 

Tamsin joined English Partnerships as a Graduate Trainee in 2006 and has built her career at Homes England and its predecessor organisations, completing a Distance Learning Masters in Town and Country Planning along the way. Prior to her current role she led on complex housing and regeneration projects including being the project lead for the York Central project.
