Neil is project director for TOWN’s work in Sunderland and with the City Council, which encompasses an area-wide ‘place strategy’ for the Sunniside neighbourhood along with the conception, planning and delivery of the centrepiece 75-home Nile + Villiers scheme which will start on site before the end of 2024
Neil’s early career was spent in the Treasury and in local government, giving him a distinctive perspective on economic, social and commercial alignment in development. He lives and is based in the North East.
