Neil is leading delivery of Sunderland’s strategic residential development programme, providing 8,000 new homes across the city, utilising modern methods of construction, low carbon and renewable energy technology, smart and digital infrastructure.

Alongside delivery of new homes and communities, Neil is passionate about housing innovation and educating, training and creating employment opportunities for the housing workforce and professionals of the future.
