Natasha McDonough is the Vice President of the North East Chamber of Commerce and Founder & CEO of MMC, a Sunderland-based, award-winning, market research agency that she founded 9 years ago in her adopted home of Sunderland. 

Natasha's insights and marketing career spans 25 years and three different continents, prior to relocating to Sunderland in 2007.

During her career, she worked within the early dot.com space in Los Angeles and spent time working in Sydney on global tech accounts.  She then spent time in her home-town of London, in 'the Westminster bubble' leading a team at a public policy event company and counted the British Chamber of Commerce, Youth Justice Board and The Environment Agency as her clients.

She uses this experience daily through the transformational market research and insights work she does with her team at MMC, helping businesses understand how they can become better, through understanding what their customers and stakeholders think.
