Harvey has a wealth of experience working with both public and private sectors, delivering development plans, and overseeing large scale infrastructure projects. He leads the Lichfields Newcastle office with dedicated planning, heritage and economics teams and has worked on a range of projects across the North East and Scotland. He specialises in bringing forward complex mixed use and urban regeneration schemes. His experience lies in site appraisals, submission of EIS planning applications, planning and transport strategy, delivery of major infrastructure projects and giving evidence at planning appeals and examinations in public. Harvey joined Lichfields in 2014.
