Aaron Harlow-Stephenson
Currently embarking on his first year of a Paramedic Science degree at the University of Sunderland, Aaron is dedicated to a career he has always dreamed of and pursued with unwavering passion. His commitment to becoming a paramedic stems from a deep-seated desire to help others and make a tangible difference in emergency medical care.
However, his interests extend beyond the academic realm. Rugby is another passion, providing a vital escape from the stresses of everyday life. For Aaron, the rugby pitch is a sanctuary where, for 80 minutes, the only thing that matters is the game. This immersion in sport offers a necessary reprieve and helps maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Finding a healthy equilibrium between work and sport is crucial for good mental health. Balancing the rigors of studies with the physical and mental release that rugby provides ensures Aaron stays focused and energized, both in my his pursuits and personal life.
